Returns & Exchanges

At RIHOAS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached, then securely pack them in the original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
